Designed to integrate with home routines and family goals, CCA Flex empowers learners to work at their own pace through multimedia-rich instruction, voice-and-choice learning pathways, and real-world applications. The program emphasizes strong family engagement, learner autonomy, and whole-child development, supported by a dedicated team of certified educators.

Position Overview

The K–5 CCA Flex Teacher serves as both the academic instructor and learning facilitator within an asynchronous, virtual learning environment. This educator is responsible for delivering personalized, mastery-based instruction aligned with state standards while building meaningful partnerships with families to support learner success. CCA Flex Teachers foster learner agency, academic growth, and social-emotional development through innovative practices tailored to individual learning needs.
